Social Care Law Lecture Series by Professor Luke Clements

Full of Life’s core aim is to enable families, this includes helping them to know that there is legislation to protect them which ensures they get the support they need.

The following series of lectures is a bite size view of the legislation that may affect families caring role and services provided to their children/young people.  We are very proud of our association with Professor Clements who has over the years delivered a number of training to our parents.

Luke Clements is the Cerebra Professor of Law and Social Justice at the School of Law, Leeds University.

Luke practised as a solicitor between 1981 and 2021 and in that capacity had conduct of a number of cases before the European Commission and Court of Human Rights.  In 1996 he was the solicitor who took the first Roma case to reach the Strasbourg Court Buckley v. UK (1996).
