Sometimes it can be difficult for a young person to know what vocation they would like to go into or train towards. Work experience placements or volunteering can be a great way of exploring different options. There are a number of organisations which can help young people find work experience, volunteering placements or support them into paid work placements.
Pure Innovations- Pure Employment
Pure Innovations (Pure Employment) support people with disabilities and other barriers to secure and retain employment. They work with individuals with additional needs to prepare them for work, help find jobs, work experience or volunteering opportunities and support them within these placements by ensuring they develop good working relationships with their employees.

Stepping Stones
Stepping Stones is a project run by the Volunteer Centre Kensington and Chelsea. Its aim is to encourage and support people with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health Issues to find volunteering opportunities within Kensington & Chelsea. They also offer support to organisation’s to help them offer accessible and inclusive volunteering opportunities.
